Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a high-rise building shall apply to the Relief Commissioner in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Relief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
