Intimation of change.—Every owner of a high-rise building shall intimate to the Relief Commissioner, in Form E and within one day of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Relief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
