Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the distributor shall apply to the Referral Laboratory in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Referral Laboratory shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
