Rule 12, Bihar Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2008 [S5G-RZ8]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the point of presence shall apply to the Government of Bihar in Form 20 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of Bihar shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
