Intimation of change.—Every point of presence shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form 20 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
