Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any manager of an institution dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every lease of trust property then held; and the Commissioner of Endowments shall enter the intimation in the register within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
