Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the money changer shall apply to the Authorised Officer in Form ANF-5A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Authorised Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
