Intimation of change.—Every charitable institution shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form ITR-1 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
