Intimation of change.—Every mortgagee of agricultural land shall intimate to the Sub-Divisional Officer, in Form 5 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
