Intimation of change.—Every operator of a slaughter house shall intimate to the Designated Officer, in Form H and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Designated Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
