Intimation of change.—Every holder of land in excess of the ceiling shall intimate to the State Government, in Form 5 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Government shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
