Surrender of certificate.—Every sender of commercial messages who ceases to carry on the sending of commercial messages shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every authorisation held by him has been disposed of.
