Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the teacher training institution shall apply to the Commission in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
