Application for registration.—Every web aggregator carrying on the display of insurance products on a website shall make an application for registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-4, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of policies held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
