Surrender of certificate.—Every guarantee holder who ceases to carry on the holding of a Government guarantee shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Public Accounts Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 22 of the manner in which every bid held by him has been disposed of.
