Safe custody.—Every guarantee holder shall keep every grant to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the holding of a Government guarantee is carried on, shall record in Form GFR 19 the description of every grant so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Public Accounts Committee within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
