Intimation of change.—Every exporter of services shall intimate to the Export Inspection Council, in Form FC-4 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Export Inspection Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
