Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a mass gathering shall intimate to the State Executive Committee, in Form E and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Executive Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
