Intimation of change.—Every genetic counselling centre shall intimate to the Director of Health Services, in Form 25 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Health Services shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
