Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the credit information company shall apply to the Financial Redress Agency in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Financial Redress Agency shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
