Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the employer under the reservation scheme to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form III, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee shall record the manner and the date of service within twenty-one days of the service.
