Application for registration.—Every employer under the reservation scheme carrying on the reservation of posts shall make an application for registration to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee in Form I, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every assistive device held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
