Surrender of certificate.—Every employer under the reservation scheme who ceases to carry on the reservation of posts shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every scholarship held by him has been disposed of.
