Application for registration.—Every trading licensee carrying on the trading of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form II, within fifteen days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every cylinder held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
