Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003); (b) "trading licensee" means a person carrying on the trading of electricity; (c) "connection" means a connection received, held or disposed of by a trading licensee in the course of the trading of electricity; (d) "Form VII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
