Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exhibitor shall apply to the Registering Authority in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
