Surrender of certificate.—Every company who ceases to carry on the carrying on of business by a company shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CHG-1 of the manner in which every debenture held by him has been disposed of.
