Application for registration.—Every company carrying on the carrying on of business by a company shall make an application for registration to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office in Form CHG-1, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of incorporation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
