Intimation of change.—Every company shall intimate to the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, in Form INC-22 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
