Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Insurance Information Bureau by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IRDA-7; and the Insurance Information Bureau shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
