Grant of certificate of registration.—The Insurance Information Bureau shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of ten thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form IRDA-1 within fifteen days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every premium stated in the application.
