Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the insurance agent to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form IRDA-1, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Insurance Information Bureau shall record the manner and the date of service within ninety days of the service.
