Intimation of change.—Every assessee shall intimate to the Assessing Officer, in Form 15G and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Assessing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
