Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the export oriented unit shall apply to the Government of Rajasthan in Form ANF-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Rajasthan shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
