Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any export oriented unit dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Rajasthan in Form ANF-3A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of imports then held; and the Government of Rajasthan shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
