Application for registration.—Every export oriented unit carrying on the manufacture of goods for export shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form SEZ-2, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every export order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
