Application for registration.—Every interested person carrying on the claiming of compensation shall make an application for registration to the District Registrar in Form 8, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every possession certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
