Power to relax.—Where the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules in respect of any class or category of persons appointed to the post of Joint Regional Officer Of The Board in the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Punjab.
