Surrender of certificate.—Every felling contractor who ceases to carry on the felling of trees shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Environmental Appellate Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every consent held by him has been disposed of.
