Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the felling contractor shall apply to the Environmental Appellate Authority in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
