Application for registration.—Every placement agency carrying on the placement of domestic workers shall make an application for registration to the Committee in Form IV, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every home study report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
