Application for registration.—Every direct seller carrying on the business of direct selling shall make an application for registration to the Bureau of Indian Standards in Form C, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
