Intimation of change.—Every developer executing agreements for sale shall intimate to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, in Form F and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
