Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the appellate authority shall apply to the State Information Commission in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the State Information Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
