Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the taxable person shall apply to the proper officer in Form GSTR-3B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the proper officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
