Conditions of registration.—Every foreign company shall carry on the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every certificate of incorporation in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such certificate of incorporation for inspection on request by the Regional Director, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
