Records to be kept at the premises.—Every foreign company shall keep at the premises where the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company is carried on the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these bye-laws, shall produce them for inspection on request by the Regional Director, and shall enter in Form INC-22 the date of every inspection so made and the name and designation of the person who made it.
