Application for registration.—Every foreign company carrying on the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company shall make an application for registration to the Tribunal in Form PAS-3, within seven days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every balance sheet held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
