Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the committee of a gurdwara shall apply to the Waqf Tribunal in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Waqf Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
