Rule 32, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2007 [S5E-FM3]

Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Joint Commissioner in the custody of the Income-tax Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Joint Commissioner; and where the Income-tax Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 3CD within forty-five days of the succession.
